epicurean?

I do not have a sweet tooth, I do not appreciate sweet delicitables or even sugar in my morning bowl of cereal, nor do I relish over eating, I eat until I am full. Some people have expressed surprise and even dismay at my inclination to bland foods in moderate helpings, and today a thought occurred to me: what if all my life amounts to is bland tastelessness and puritan moderation.

Actually, the thought didn't occur to me, but I did think it might serve as an analogy and rhetorical vehicle for my next blog entry. Clearly, in this role, it's not the most flashy or eloquent of its kind, but it'll get you there.

Anyways, the point is (or was going to be) that every moment has a unique flavor to it, and whatever you are given, you just have to take notice. Because nothing's worse than a sloppy eater.
